For three decades, Leslie Greif has worked in Hollywood creating hits in every format - scripted and unscripted television, documentary specials and motion pictures.
In 2019 Leslie sold his production company, ThinkFactory Media to media conglomerate, ITV. He then founded Big Dreams Entertainment with a boom. In the company’s first year, Greif Executive Produced a LIVE special event for Discovery Channel, *“Expedition Unknown: Egypt Live”, airing in 96 countries.
In that same year, Greif inked a 10-picture deal with Lifetime and produced an award-winning film for Hallmark. Recently, he and Big Dreams developed, co-wrote, and exectuive produced the wildly successful ten-part limited series THE OFFER for Paramount+ about the making of The Godfather.
Alex Kerr is EVP, Content for Big Dreams. Prior to Big Dreams, Alex spent 5 years at Thinkfactory Media as Head of Scripted Programming where he was involved with miniseries TEXAS RISING and SUN RECORDS and programs for Lifetime, Discovery, Hallmark, E! and other networks.
He was Vice President of Development at Universal Cable Productions and ran scripted development for Benderspink and Tom Shadyac’s Shady Acres Productions. He started his career at United Talent Agency where he was a TV literary agent for five years.
Rich Carroll is Head of Post Operations for Big Dreams Entertainment. He got his start in the mailroom at Regent Entertainment in 2002, working his way up to Director of Production there before moving over to the Post Production side, joining MarVista Entertainment in 2012 as Director of Post Production, and helping to grow that company from 6 features a year to over 50 features per year and counting.
In late 2019 he moved to Big Dreams, and now oversees Post Production for all of Big Dreams’ projects as well as several others for our production partners.
Robert Blum recently joined Big Dreams as the office coordinator back in October 2022. Before joining Big Dreams, he has worked in various capacities in the entertainment industry for 5 years.
Most recently, he spent two years as part of the top ranked Commerical alent division at Coast to Coast Talent Agency.
Kristie Ghazal is a performance-driven and insightful individual, with over 15 years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Project Management experience. Proven ability to achieve and exceed all business-development, operations, build company relations, formulating and implementing effective procedures in high-pressure environments. Her strong integrity and well rounded work ethics allows her to provide high level Executive Support to Leslie Greif in order to accomplish business and personal goals. She graduated with honors from Cal State Northridge University with a dual degree in Business Communications and Administration.
Her overall background Influences great people skills, determination, leadership, diverse culture, and a positive atmosphere in the workplace and this is what she executes at Big Dreams Entertainment. Over the years in her career, she has implemented many policies and procedures, and techniques that improved the day-to-day work life in the entertainment world.
